Oudesh Seebaruth
Oudesh Seebaruth, FCMA, CGMA, is a highly accomplished finance executive with over 30 years of experience driving financial strategy and growth. Following five years in Audit with Deloitte, he joined Omnicane Group in 1989, progressing through key roles to become Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury until 2024. During this time, he spearheaded numerous high-value projects, including complex cross-border project financings, project appraisals, strategic business valuations, transformative business restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions. He also led the group-wide initiative for payment digitalization, significantly enhancing efficiency and security. In 2024 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Meridis Ltd, where he is now building and leading the group's finance arm under the Meridis brand, leveraging his expertise to drive future financial success.
